AGILITY : Is a fast paced timed run over jumps, in and out of Tunnels, across teetor totters, in and out of weave poles, stops and sit on the bench and then finally the cross at the finish line with you the handler running and guiding the dog through the course. It takes lots training , time and you need to be in shape to run with the dog.
